Helping people be fulfilled in their jobs is my current mission. That's why I create WILL and developed a unique method to give workers tools to solve by their own their most frequent work problems : conflicts, work overload, lack of collaboration, misalingment, management...
Product Management is also of my favorite topic : I was CPO at ManoMano between 2017 and 2020, scaling the product team from 2 to 25 product teams and trying to foster Product Centricity. I wrote a detailed article about this journey. I also developed a lot when I started my company in 2010 and was in charge of the product, even if at that time no one (in France) talked about Product Management.
Consulting is my last expertise area : I was one of the founding Partner at Artefact, a consulting firm specialized in data that grew very fast between 2015 and 2017 (from 3 to 800 !). I also started my career at Bain and Company.
I deepley believe in emporwement, autonomy and purpose. One of my favorite book is Reinventing organizations by Frédéric Laloux. Some other books I love : Empowered by Marty Cagan, From Good to Great by Jim Collins, Non Violent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg.
